Alex has been a great credit to the company in his management of what was a difficult project, with the local feelings. No matter what time of the day or indeed what issue may have arisen, Alex was there to ensure the smooth running of the job; I must add that it was also a pleasure working with his staff on site, all extremely professional and committed.

From the start to finish Bond Demolition demonstrated high levels of services and fully understood PBS concerns regarding noise while carrying out works adjacent to our HQ in Cardiff.

Bond Demolition have recently undertaken a complex demolition scheme on which Iacted as CDM Coordinator.

The scheme included a considerable amount of asbestos removal to many different types of buildings on a former hospital site. The works included both licensed and non-licensed removal works.

We have worked with Bond Demolition for the past 10 years using them for Asbestos removal and maintaining our Asbestos register.

With respect to Bond Demolition I would comment as follows on their performance on the above demolition scheme undertaken for the authority.

1. The political situation and how the company handled it.

The Demolition scheme was a very politically sensitive issue in the locality and several issues arose around the demolition during the contract period, which were handled very well by Bond Demolition, who were sensitive to the issues and handled discussions with the local community very well, but were also very aware of the contract requirements and completing the scheme within the timescales quoted.
